About Us: How We started

The Executive Peer Forum™ was founded by Stewart H. Christ, an experienced CEO and CEO peer group moderator. After the recent sale of the online financial services company he founded, Mr. Christ determined to pursue his passion, building world-class peer groups. Such groups allow each individual to fully benefit from the wisdom and experience of his/her peers. Mr. Christ has served as both a member and Forum Moderator in the Young President's Organization (YPO), and continues to serve as an active Forum Moderator in the World President's Organization (WPO). These experiences created in Mr. Christ a unique understanding and respect for this role, while positive feedback from his own peers underscored the recognition that his leadership and insight offer great value to his Forum participants.

After conducting due diligence on all other forum/peer groups, Christ determined that he could achieve superior outcomes for members with a forum environment based on a select combination of best practices. As a result he determined that he would create The Executive Peer Forum™, a structure through which to offer this invaluable environment to executives.

Partners & Moderators

Stewart Christ - Founder & Moderator, US Capitol Forums:
Mr. Christ, an experienced business executive, founded Executive Peer Forum. Stewart is also Co-Founder of US Smoke & Fire Curtain, directing Marketing and Distribution. He has served on the Board of MyStockFund Securities, Inc, (a member of FINRA/SIPC), General Manager of the Travel Advantage Network, and he founded OnLine Investments, Inc., serving as the CEO and Chairman. Mr. Christ previously served as President of HDS, Inc. a high-technology professional services and product manufacturing company. He is an experienced Forum Moderator.

Michael Falco - Partner & Moderator, Maryland & Pennsylvania: Mr. Falco brings over 30 years of business expertise in leading Startup, Turnaround and Growth businesses, with public corporations and private family enterprises. Michael started his business career in management roles in Sales, Marketing and Business Development with Procter & Gamble and Johnson & Johnson. He served as VP/General Manager of Adhesives Research, Inc. and recently served as CEO and on the Board of Directors with the Topflight Corporation, a global manufacturer of specialty printed labels. Michael attributes much of his success to his peer group experience. He is a former member of Vistage International advisory peer group, and is a current CPC certified coach and Forum Moderator.
